Dr. Ton is a board-certified pediatric dentist and attorney in Southern California. She currently serves as Chief of Pediatric Dentistry at LA General Medical Center and Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Southern California (USC).

Dr. Ton completed her undergraduate study and dental training at USC. After earning her dental degree, Dr. Ton completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. She then pursued specialized training in Pediatric Dentistry at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan, where she also earned a Master’s in Medical Research from Wayne State University. Additionally, she obtained a Master of Public Health degree from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). Dr. Ton later expanded her expertise by completing her legal education at St. Francis School of Law.

A passionate advocate for underserved populations, Dr. Ton has devoted her career to bridging gaps in healthcare and justice for those most in need. She believes that every individual, regardless of their circumstances, deserves access to compassionate, high-quality care and the opportunity to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Through her extensive training in dentistry, public health, and law, Dr. Ton has worked tirelessly to address systemic inequities, using her expertise to uplift vulnerable communities and champion meaningful change.
